Finally gone completely Intel Mac
Finally, after 3 or 4 years since Apple started the transformation to Intel processors, I have upgraded all my Macs.
As a Christmas present to myself I bought myself a new Macbook Pro. I do have a slight criticism though. When I bought my old Powerbook 4 years ago, all the connectors and adaptors were in the box. I think I remember Mac claiming "it works straight out of the box"
Now that all new Macbooks have a "Mini display port" a new adaptor is required. My old adaptor does not fit. There is no adaptor in the box. I have had to order an adaptor from the Apple Store because the store I bought the computer from does not have the Mini Display adaptors in stock.
Good job I do not have a presentation to do next week.
